Financials & Investment

1. What is the total initial investment range?
The minimum total investment to get started with one territory is $50,000.

Here’s how that breaks down:

  • $35,000 goes toward your franchise fee for a territory with up to 50,000 people.
  • The other $15,000 is for marketing and working capital to help you launch and grow during your first few months.

Some franchisees choose to spend more on marketing to grow faster—but $50,000 is the minimum needed to get started for one territory.

Now, many franchisees want to own more than just one territory.
That’s where our Area Representative Program comes in.

With this program, you can start with 10 territories instead of just 1, for a total investment starting at about $100,000.

Here’s how that breaks down:

  • $70,000 is your franchise fee for all 10 territories
  • $30,000 is working capital to help launch and manage some of those territories

Instead of paying for 2 or 3 territories under the regular plan, this program gives you 10 to develop or even sell to others in your area over time. It’s a smart way to get more for your money if you plan to grow.

If you want more than 10 territories, your investment goes up from there.
Most Area Reps average about 17 territories, with a total investment of around $150,000 (including franchise fee and working capital).

Rule of Thumb:

  • If your budget is around $50K–$60K, start with 1 territory.
  • If your budget is $90K or more, consider the Area Rep Program—you’ll get a much bigger opportunity for a similar investment.
  • Note that we rarely see candidates move forward with just one territory anymore. Most are opting for the Area Rep Program because, for a similar investment, it offers significantly more value and long-term growth potential.

We’ll work with you to find the right fit based on your budget and how many territories you’d like to secure.

2. What is the franchise fee?
The franchise fee is $35,000 for a territory with up to 50,000 people. If the population is between 50,000 and 75,000, there is a small additional fee (up to $10,000). If the population is over 75,000, it’s considered two territories, and a second franchise fee would apply.
3. Are there ongoing fees?
Yes. 6% royalty, 2% brand development fund, and $600/month technology fee.
4. Why is this model considered scalable and low-cost?
There’s no need for a physical office or full-time staff, and the technology allows for seamless addition of new services and territories.
5. Are there different options for territory sizes?
Yes, territories are customizable based on the desired investment level. Franchisees can start with a small territory or invest in larger areas, such as an entire county. Pricing is adjusted based on population and geographic area.
6. What’s the Area Representative program? How does it work? Who is it for?
The Area Rep program is for people who want a bigger business and a bigger opportunity.

Instead of just owning one territory, you get a whole group of territories—usually 10 or more—for a price similar to buying just 2 or 3 territories. That means you’re getting them at a wholesale price.

You can do two things with these areas:

  1. Run them yourself – You can grow your business by developing these territories over time. Since you’re getting them at a lower wholesale price, your profit potential is much higher. Plus, you’re locking in these territories now, so they’re reserved exclusively for you—and no one else can claim them.
  2. Sell some to others – You can sell some of your areas to other people who want to become franchise owners in your region. When you do that, you keep 80% of the franchise fee and 60% of the royalties they pay. That means you make money every time someone opens in your region.

Even if you just sell 2 or 3 territories, you can make back what you paid to get started. That’s why this program is perfect for someone who wants faster growth and quicker return on their investment.

7. What is the Earning Potential? How much can I make as a Send Me a Pro Franchisee?
That’s a great question!

Most home service franchises only let you offer one service—like just handyman, just cleaning, or just painting. That means your income is limited to how much you can make from just that one service.

But with Send Me a Pro, you’re not stuck with just one. You get to offer many proven services all under one brand—like handyman, cleaning, painting, and more.

This means you can make more money from each customer by helping them with multiple needs over time. And that gives you a much bigger earning potential compared to franchises that only focus on one thing.

As you move through our Discovery Process, you will get a sense for how much owners of single-service franchises typically earn. Then you’ll see how much more powerful our model can be.

You’ll also get to talk directly with one of our Co-Founders, Muhssin, in a dedicated call where he’ll go over all the unit economics and earning potential in more detail.

Territory

8. What is a territory at Send Me a Pro?
A territory at Send Me a Pro is defined as an exclusive geographic area with a population of up to 50,000 people.
9. How does the franchise fee work?

The franchise fee is based on the population size of your selected territory:

  • Up to 50,000 people: $35,000
  • Between 50,001 and 74,999: an additional $0.40 per person, capped at $10,000
  • Between 75,000 and 100,000: considered two full territories, so the fee is $70,000

To help this make sense, here’s an example: In a rural or suburban area, 50,000 people might span an entire city or county, which works well as a single, manageable territory for one franchisee. But in a dense urban area like New York City, 50,000 people could live within just a few blocks. So, it wouldn’t make sense to split NYC into dozens of tiny territories. Instead, we group multiple zip codes together to form a practical operating area, then calculate the franchise fee based on how many standard 50,000-person territories are within that selected area. This approach ensures fair pricing and proper market coverage, whether you’re in a small town or a major metro.

10. Why is the territory size based on population rather than square miles?

Because our franchise model allows you to offer multiple home services to the same customer, not just one. This means you can generate more value per customer and don’t need a large geographic area to succeed.

11. Why are Send Me a Pro territories considered more valuable than other franchises?

Other home service franchises typically offer only one service (like just handyman or cleaning). To make those businesses viable, they may need to give franchisees a larger area. Send Me a Pro, on the other hand, lets you offer multiple services under one brand, allowing you to earn more revenue from the same customer base in a smaller, more efficient area

12. How do you determine what zip codes are included in a territory?

We work with you to identify zip codes you’re interested in, and ensure:

  • All zip codes are adjacent
  • The area forms a clear geographic unit
  • No zip codes are split—each must be included in full
13. Can I request a custom territory configuration?

Yes, custom configurations are allowed as long as the area meets the rules above and the requested zip codes are available.

14. Do I need to live in the territory I purchase?

No. You do not need to live in your territory, but it should be reasonably close. You’ll be spending time there doing local marketing, so accessibility matters.

15. What if I want to buy multiple territories at once?

We offer a $5,000 discount if you commit to three or more contiguous territories at the same time. Many franchisees do this to secure an entire region upfront.

16. Will someone help me choose the right territory?

Yes. As part of our Discovery Process, we walk you through a territory mapping exercise based on your zip code preferences, goals, and investment level.

Fundamentals

17. How Does Send Me a Pro Make Money? What's the Business Model?
Understanding the Business Model

At its core, Send Me a Pro is a home services platform that connects clients with vetted local service providers. As a franchisee, your revenue comes from three main sources—each tailored to how you fulfill the service:

  1. Services fulfilled by freelance pros
  2. Services subcontracted to other local businesses
  3. Referral commissions for services you refer out

1. Freelancer Fulfillment Model (e.g., Handyman Services)

How it works:
This is the model where you earn the difference between what the client pays and what you pay your pro—just like any other service-based business.

  • For example, if you charge a client $100 for a handyman visit and pay the pro $50, your gross margin is $50.
  • This is not a markup model. You don’t ask freelancers for their rates and mark them up. Instead, you determine the fair market rate for the service first, and then offer pros a rate in line with what they’d earn working for another service company.

Why this is effective:
This is how professional service businesses operate. Law firms, gyms, other home service businesses, and even tutoring centers charge clients a market rate, pay their team a portion of that rate, and retain the rest to cover marketing, admin, and profit.

How you set rates:

  • During onboarding, we help you benchmark both client-facing rates and market pay rates for pros using job ads and competitor research.
  • You’ll price your services similar to what other professional companies (not solo freelancers) are charging. You’re offering more than a task—you’re offering a branded experience, quality control, and a vetted pro.

Bottom line:
This model yields your highest margins. It works best for services where you can directly onboard freelancers (handyman, cleaning, tutoring, fitness, etc.).

2. Subcontracted Fulfillment Model (e.g., House Cleaning, Lawn Care)

How it works:
In this model, you handle the client relationship, billing, and pricing, but outsource the actual service to a local business. Think of yourself like a General Contractor who uses subcontractors to get jobs done.

  • You agree on a discounted “volume” rate with the local business.
  • You collect payment from the client, pay your subcontractor their agreed rate, and you keep the difference.

Why this is effective:
You’re still building the customer relationship and controlling the brand experience, but you’re leveraging a trusted vendor to do the work—so it’s less operationally intensive.

Example:

  • A local cleaning company might normally charge $150 for a job. You negotiate a $110 rate with them and keep the $40 difference when you charge the client $150.
  • Clients benefit from your platform’s simplicity, support, and escrow protections—and vendors benefit from the extra business.

Key point:
This is not about marking up someone’s quote. You’ve secured preferential pricing based on the volume and consistency you bring to the vendor.

3. Referral Commission Model (e.g., Roofing, Kitchen Remodels)

How it works:
For complex or regulated services you’re not qualified or licensed to sell (like roofing or major remodels), you simply refer the lead to a preferred partner and earn a commission.

  • You don’t manage the job or collect payment.
  • Your vendor handles the estimate, sale, and fulfillment—and pays you a referral commission, just like they would a sales rep.

Why this is effective:

  • It lets you monetize leads you otherwise couldn’t service.
  • Many of these vendors are used to working with commission-based reps and will gladly pay for exclusive referrals.

Bonus:
Over time, you’ll build exclusive relationships with trusted vendors who’ll prioritize your leads and keep you top of mind.

Summary: A Scalable, Diversified Model

Revenue Stream Who Does the Work Who Handles Billing Franchisee Earns Margin Level
Freelancer Fulfillment Freelance Pros You Difference between client price & pro payout High
Subcontracted Fulfillment Local Service Businesses You Difference between client price & vendor rate Moderate
Referral Commission Preferred Vendors Vendor Commission paid to you by vendor Low, but passive

Why It Works
This model has been tested, refined, and proven effective across hundreds of territories. You don’t have to invent your pricing strategy or fulfillment system from scratch. We guide you with benchmarks, tools, and training to make sure you’re competitive, profitable, and operating with confidence.

Franchisees love this model because:

  • It’s diversified: You’re not relying on one service.
  • It’s scalable: Add services and expand without heavy overhead.
  • It’s flexible: Choose how involved you want to be in fulfillment.
18. How Do Send Me a Pro Franchisees Select Services and Validate the Opportunity?
Franchisees are not reinventing the wheel—they’re simply offering services that are already in demand and proven to work in their local market.

✅ We’re not creating new services.
Instead, we aggregate popular, existing home services—like handyman, house cleaning, lawn care, and painting—under one flexible franchise platform.

✅ Validation comes from what’s already working.
There are entire franchise brands built around just one of these services. The success of those brands already proves that the demand exists. Our franchisees validate the opportunity by offering multiple proven services instead of just one.

✅ We’ve done the research.
Our team has conducted extensive financial analysis, studied public reports, and reviewed real-world data to prioritize services with high demand and strong revenue potential. We pass this insight to franchisees to help them make smart service selections.

✅ You localize your offering.
Each franchisee has the flexibility to choose which services to start with based on local demand, then add more over time. If a specific service (like snow removal or pool cleaning) is a better fit for your area, we support you in adding that too.

✅ It reduces your risk.
Instead of betting everything on one service, Send Me a Pro allows you to diversify your offering and income streams, helping to de-risk your investment while creating more growth potential.

✅ Franchisees already believe in the home services market.
Most of our franchisees joined because they already understood the opportunity in home services—but they saw Send Me a Pro as a smarter, tech-powered way to run and scale the business.

If you don’t already believe in the opportunity within home services, this may not be the right fit. The home services model offers major advantages: lower startup capital, minimal overhead, fewer fixed costs, faster path to profitability, and stronger margins compared to traditional brick-and-mortar franchises.

19. How Does Send Me a Pro Prevent Pros from Cutting Out the Platform (Disintermediation) and Ensure Loyalty from Clients and Pros?
At Send Me a Pro, our entire model is built on creating long-term value and loyalty for both pros and clients, which is the key to preventing disintermediation. Here’s how we do it—clearly, simply, and effectively:

🧰 FOR PROS: Why They Stay Loyal

1. We Solve Their Biggest Problem: Getting Clients

Most pros are skilled at their trade but struggle with marketing and sales. They’re tired of:

  • Paying for leads that go nowhere
  • Wasting time chasing quotes
  • Competing against dozens (or hundreds) of others

We eliminate all of that.
With Send Me a Pro:

  • We do the marketing and sales for them
  • We give them clients who are ready to book
  • No more lead chasing, haggling, or cold outreach
  • We’re their back office partner — we handle all the sales and marketing so they can focus on doing what they do best.

2. They Join an Exclusive Network

Pros are invited to join. It’s not open to everyone. We only onboard a small number of pros per service category in each market. This means:

  • Less competition
  • More frequent bookings
  • A steady stream of quality clients

3. We Track Performance and Reward Loyalty

To maintain access to our client network, pros must perform. We monitor:

  • Star Ratings: Must maintain a 4 out of 5 average
  • Conversion Rates: If we send you to 10 estimates, you should close at least 7. If you’re consistently below that, it may indicate you’re cutting side deals—and we remove pros for this
  • Retention Rates:
    • 75% of handyman clients rebook within 3 months — If a pro’s clients don’t return, we detect the pattern and investigate for disintermediation. Pros caught taking clients off-platform are permanently removed.
    • For recurring services like cleaning, pros must retain at least 70–75% of clients.

📊 We track this through data. If a pro is cutting the platform out or not delivering great service, we’ll know—and we’ll replace them. This makes our top performers thrive and ensures the best client experience.

4. We Incentivize Loyalty

Pros are eligible for rate increases based on the number of completed jobs. More jobs booked = higher rate across the board. This encourages them to keep clients on the platform (since they only get credit for platform bookings).

5. We Build Relationships

Unlike anonymous marketplaces, we’re a franchise model. Franchisees personally build local relationships with their pros, reinforcing loyalty through trust and partnership.

🏠 FOR CLIENTS: Why They Keep Booking Through the Platform

1. They Get Value and Peace of Mind

  • Clients enjoy fair, transparent pricing
  • All services come with a 1-year warranty on handyman work—something they won’t get from random contractors
  • They get access to highly vetted local pros

2. They Benefit from Loyalty Programs

  • Members get discounted rates and warranty benefits
  • Clients who commit to longer-term service plans (e.g., weekly cleaning or monthly training) receive preferred pricing

3. They Love Flexibility

  • Clients can rotate pros in any category
  • Their package works across different pros, not just one individual
  • This adds convenience and protects them from being locked into one provider

🛡️ PROTECTION FROM DISINTERMEDIATION

Even beyond the value we provide, we back this with clear terms of service and non-circumvent agreements that both pros and clients agree to. If either side is caught attempting to work around the platform, they are permanently removed.

But more importantly:
People stay because they see the value.
If a pro tries to cut out the platform, they’re walking away from:

  • A consistent flow of new clients
  • A partnership that grows their business
  • A system that allows them to focus on what they do best

And clients stick around because:

  • They trust the brand and want a reliable experience
  • They value the warranty, pricing, and flexible structure

✅ FINAL THOUGHT

Disintermediation isn’t a problem when both sides are winning.
We’ve built a model that makes both pros and clients want to stay—not because they have to, but because it’s the smarter, easier, and more rewarding way to do business.

20. What is the Customer Journey? How Does the Business Operate?
At a glance: Send Me a Pro offers a seamless, tech-enabled customer journey—from initial discovery to service delivery and long-term retention. Here’s exactly how it works, step-by-step:

1. How Customers Discover Us

  • Online Marketing: Most customers first hear about us through local digital ads—on Facebook, Instagram, or Google—targeting specific home services like handyman.
  • Local Marketing: We also build visibility through yard signs, community events, flyer drops, and door-to-door outreach.
  • Local business development efforts – including partnerships with HOA communities, property managers, chambers of commerce, and networking groups like BNI.
  • Word of Mouth & Referrals: Happy clients naturally refer us to friends and neighbors.

2. Initial Contact & Booking

  • Customers reach out by:

    • Filling out a form on your website
    • Calling your local business line
    • Submitting a request through the Send Me a Pro app

We guide them to submit a handyman request first—because it’s in high demand and a strong entry point for building trust.

3. Estimate Appointment

  • The client is scheduled for a free estimate appointment.
  • That estimate can be:

    • Assigned automatically to all your local handyman pros via our app (broadcast model), or
    • Manually routed by you (franchise admin) to the handyman of your choice.
  • You (the franchisee) can choose to personally do estimates, but it’s not required.

4. Service Delivery & Upsell

  • Small jobs can be completed on the spot. Larger jobs are scheduled for a follow-up visit.
  • Once the job is complete:

    • The handyman sends the invoice to the client.
    • The client is invited to become a member, saving 15% on future services.
    • The handyman or you shares info about our home maintenance plans and local home services deals with the client.
    • The handyman encourages them to download the Send Me a Pro app, creating a long-term channel for future service requests.

5. Client Retention via the App

  • With the app installed, the client can:

    • Submit future handyman requests
    • Browse and request other services like house cleaning, lawn care, etc.
  • Requests are routed to:

    • Your team of pros (if you’ve onboarded them)
    • You as admin, if a category hasn’t been staffed yet

6. Service Fulfillment Pathways

For services beyond handyman, there are three fulfillment options:

  1. Freelance Pros You Recruit
You set their rates and keep the margin between client price and their payout.
  2. Preferred Vendors (Local Businesses)
You outsource work at pre-negotiated discounted rates and keep the difference.
  3. Referral Model
For services you can’t fulfill directly (like roofing or remodeling), you refer the lead to a vendor and earn a commission.

We train you on how to onboard all three.

7. Long-Term Client Value

Once the app is installed, the client sees you as their go-to home services concierge.

  • They use the app for all future requests.
  • You become their trusted local partner for ongoing needs.
  • This increases lifetime value of every client and drives recurring revenue.

Summary: The Aha Moment

✅ You use handyman services as the gateway.
✅ You give clients a great experience.
✅ Warranty included – Clients get guaranteed work.
✅ You onboard them onto the app.
✅ They become members.
✅ You keep them coming back to you for ALL their home service needs.

This is how the Send Me a Pro business model builds long-term relationships, recurring revenue, and a scalable, efficient operation.

21. Franchisee Role at Send Me a Pro: Explained Clearly
As a franchisee with Send Me a Pro, your primary role is to launch and grow your local business by managing key areas of operations. Here’s a simplified breakdown to make everything clear:

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Select Services to Offer:
    • Choose which services (e.g., handyman, cleaning, painting) to promote in your market based on demand and opportunity.
  2. Onboard Service Pros:
    • Recruit and onboard both freelance pros and subcontractors.
    • These are the people who will fulfill the services.
  3. Handle Local Marketing:
    • Place digital ads (e.g., Google, Meta), yard signs, flyers, etc.
    • Generate awareness and attract new customers in your area.
  4. Manage Customer Leads:
    • Respond to customer inquiries from the website, app, or phone.
    • Coordinate estimates and job assignments.
  5. Oversee Business Development:
    • Build relationships with residential communities, HOAs, property managers, and vendors to expand your network and services.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Monitor and respond to leads from the website, phone calls, or app submissions.
  • Match the right service pro to each client (either manually or using automated features).
  • Ensure estimates are scheduled and followed up on.

Optional: Hands-Off Operations

If you prefer a more hands-off role, you can delegate key responsibilities:

  1. Hire a Sales Coordinator:
    • This person handles inbound leads, books estimates, and manages job flow.
    • We will train them for you.
  2. Appoint a Head Handyman:
    • This person performs estimates and assigns jobs to other handymen.
    • They act as your right-hand operator and can be incentivized to grow with you.
  3. Use a Call Center:
    • Basic call answering service to field incoming calls and capture lead info.
  4. Automate Job Matching and Invoicing:
    • Enable Uber-like automation to let pros respond to job requests directly.
    • Pros can also send estimates and invoices themselves.

Summary:

You have flexibility in how you run your business. Whether you’re highly involved or want to delegate much of the day-to-day, Send Me a Pro provides the tools, systems, and training to support your preferred ownership model.

We’ll work with you to structure your setup to match your ideal level of involvement.

22. How is Send Me a Pro different from Angi, Thumbtack, or other lead generation platforms?
Send Me a Pro is fundamentally different from Angi, Thumbtack, and other lead platforms—in both the client experience and how we support service pros.

FOR CLIENTS: A Better Experience from Start to Finish

✅ We’re Not a Lead Marketplace—We’re a Local Business
Angi and Thumbtack are marketplaces that sell your lead to 5 or more contractors. That means after you submit a request, your phone starts ringing with vendors trying to win your business. It’s overwhelming, inconsistent, and inefficient.

Send Me a Pro, on the other hand, is a locally owned and operated business powered by a franchisee who lives in your community. You’re not being passed around. We match you with a vetted local pro, handle the scheduling, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

✅ Concierge-Style Matching, Not DIY Browsing
With lead sites, clients have to sort through listings, compare reviews, request quotes, and manage communication themselves.

At Send Me a Pro, we do the heavy lifting. We match you with a trusted service pro based on your needs—whether you need a handyman, cleaner, or any other service. No haggling. No bidding wars. Just great service from someone you can trust.

✅ Transparent Pricing, Fewer Headaches
Our pricing is fair, standardized, and upfront—not a race to the bottom like bidding platforms. We focus on quality, reliability, and peace of mind.

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS (“PROS”): A Real Partnership

✅ We Don’t Sell Leads—We Send You Work
On Angi and Thumbtack, pros pay for leads, but often never get the job. It’s a frustrating cycle: spend money, chase quotes, and compete with dozens of others. Many pros burn through their budgets without results.

At Send Me a Pro, we don’t sell leads. We partner with a small, exclusive network of local pros and send them booked jobs—not just names and phone numbers. No chasing. No bidding. Just real, steady business.

✅ We Keep Our Network Exclusive
On lead-gen platforms, you could be one of 100+ pros in the same category. That means fierce competition and low conversion rates.

At Send Me a Pro, we intentionally limit the number of pros per category—typically only 5 or so handymen per territory. That means less competition and more jobs for each pro. Pros love that because they know they’ll get steady work from a trusted local source.

✅ Franchisee-Led Quality and Relationships
Our franchisees are hands-on operators who build long-term relationships with both customers and pros. This local presence ensures better quality, better accountability, and better experiences all around.

In Summary:

Send Me a Pro is not just another platform—it’s a modern, locally owned home services brand offering a concierge experience for clients and real support for top local pros.

No lead selling.
No bidding wars.
No overwhelming vendor lists.
Just trusted service, delivered better.

Business Model & Concept

23. What is Send Me a Pro?
Send Me a Pro is the first home services platform franchise that allows franchisees to offer multiple home services—like handyman work, cleaning, lawn care, painting, and more—under a single franchise system.
24. How is this different from traditional franchise models?
Great question!

Most franchises only let you offer one service—like just cleaning, or just handyman work. That means your earning is limited to that one service.

But Send Me a Pro is different.

We’re a one-stop shop that lets you offer lots of services under one franchise—like handyman work, house cleaning, painting, pest control, and more.

So instead of just making money from one thing, you can earn from many different services and keep helping the same customer over and over again. That means your earning potential is way higher.

It also means less risk. If one service—like pest control—isn’t popular in your area, no problem! You can offer what people actually want.
You’re not stuck like you would be with a one-service franchise.

With Send Me a Pro, you can adjust what you offer based on demand in your area. That’s a huge win. You’re not putting all your eggs in one basket.

This is what makes us so unique—and why we’re disrupting the franchise world.
For the first time, you can run many proven home services under one brand, for one franchise fee.

25. What is the ``platform business model``?
It’s a tech-enabled model that connects clients with local service professionals through a centralized platform. It allows flexibility in service offerings and is built on recurring client relationships.
26. What does ``Advil for the Homeowner`` mean?
It means we simplify the home service experience—no more haggling, price shopping, or managing multiple providers. We handle everything, like a concierge for the home.

Services & Client Experience

27. Will I launch with multiple services on my website?
Your local Send Me a Pro website will display a full range of services from day one—including handyman, cleaning, power washing, lawn care, and more. This allows you to present a complete home services brand to the market from the start.
28. Do I need to personally fulfill all the services listed on my website?
No. You will begin by actively fulfilling handyman services, using independent freelance handymen that you recruit. For the other services, you will refer them to vetted local businesses that act as your preferred vendors.
29. Can I build my own crews for services like cleaning or landscaping later?

Yes. You have full flexibility to either:

  • Continue referring services to preferred vendors, or
  • Assemble your own in-house crews over time as demand grows.
You choose which services to “insource” or “outsource” based on your business goals.
30. Why does Send Me a Pro recommend launching with handyman services?

Handyman services are an ideal entry point for several reasons:

  • High search volume across nearly all markets
  • Low cost of fulfillment and strong ROI on marketing
  • Broad appeal—almost every homeowner has small repairs they need done
  • Great gateway to build trust and cross-sell other services
31. How do I find preferred vendors for the other services?

You’ll start with a short list of key services you want to offer, then recruit local vendors to fulfill them. Many franchisees build this list over time based on customer inquiries and demand in their area. We also provide guidance on how to approach and onboard vendors.

32. Can I change the services I offer in the future?

Yes. You can adapt and evolve your service offering over time based on market demand, vendor availability, and your business capacity. Our platform is flexible and designed to grow with you.

33. How do clients request services?
Clients can request services via phone, website, or mobile app. The platform provides a seamless experience to schedule a free estimate with a service pro, and provides pre-priced or pre-negotiated rates where applicable.
34. What makes Send Me a Pro appealing to clients?
Clients save time, avoid multiple quotes, and receive vetted service providers at competitive rates—all through a single, trusted local concierge.

Technology & Operations

35. What technology supports the business?
Our proprietary Uber-like platform automates service requests, bookings, payment, communication, and review tracking for both clients and franchisees.
36. What functions are automated for franchisees?
Tasks like payroll, lead management, scheduling, and customer interactions are automated to streamline operations.
37. Do I need to build an office or hire staff to run the franchise?
No. The model is lean with no need for a physical office or payroll. Most costs go toward marketing and working capital.

Franchise Operations

38. What are the main responsibilities of a franchisee?
Selecting services, onboarding pros (freelancers and subcontractors), local marketing, customer service, and business development.
39. Who provides the actual services to clients?
Services are delivered by vetted local freelancers or subcontracted small businesses. You earn revenue from margins between what clients pay and pro compensation.
40. How does the cross-sell opportunity work?
Once a client uses one service, there’s a 97% chance they’ll use more services, increasing revenue per client and maximizing territory value.
